Rehydration requires adequate water, salt and electrolytes. See Water and Salt and Electrolytes.

For heartburn, acid indigestion and GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease) a glass of reconstituted Lyte solution is recommended with each meal, 1 ½ tsp. of Health Equations Lyte Solution concentrate in 8 oz. of water.
