CHOLESTEROL -- The Tissue Cholesterol score is
the amount of cholesterol in your tissues and cells,
NOT in your blood. The amount of cholesterol in your
tissues is determined by the amount of cholesterol in
your blood AND the ratio of the so-called "good" and
"bad" cholesterol in your blood. (Also see your Blood
Cholesterol and LDL/HDL Cholesterol below.)
YOU NEED CHOLESTEROL! You need the right amount
of cholesterol in your tissues because the right amount
of cholesterol is your very best defense:
- Against ALL the ill-effects of STRESS, including heart attacks;
- Against ALL inflammation…from allergies and injuries to skin eruptions and auto-immune diseases;
- Against chronic infections, known or hidden;
- Against hormone deficiencies and imbalances (ALL hormones are made from cholesterol);
- Against thinning bones and spreading cancer;
- Against nerve/nervous system degeneration, insomnia and depression; and
- Against chemical, heavy metal and radiation toxicity!
Your
Tissue Cholesterol score is less than minus 35. Therefore, either you already
have one or more of the above "7 Consequences of Low Tissue Cholesterol"
or you are at risk for developing one or more of these Consequences. The
lower you tissue and cell cholesterol, the greater your risk. See "Facts
about Cholesterol" at www.HealthEquations.com.
