Scores and Strategies
Your Inflammation Calculator Report scores your overall Inflammation and specifically your G.I. Inflammation. It also scores each of your Four Pillars of Health
and gives six more scores — from Liver and Adrenal Stress to your Toxin Load and Cardiovascular Risk.

The first four scores on the Inflammation Calculator assess the Four Pillars of Health – Hydration, Cell Cholesterol, Mineral Activity and Digestion.

Do not try to reduce inflammation if your foundation is not secure. You’ll be going upstream for a long time and eventually make things worse.  Go downstream.
  • Hydrating cells reduces inflammation.  It also charges your body battery, the composite of the charges on trillions of cells.  Charging cells reduces risks of inflammation and disease proportionate to the increase in charge.
  • If there is too much or too little cholesterol in cells some of the oxygen needed for respiration is bound and unavailable or hijacked to make free radicals. A cell lacking oxygen is a compromised cell.  The right amount of cholesterol in cells also reduces risks of inflammation and disease.
  • Minerals throughout the body activate myriad enzymes mandatory for all body functions.  They are particularly necessary to eliminate and replace heavy metals, unfortunately common toxins in today’s environment.
  • Failing digestion begets failing digestion; you simply cannot digest what is needed to restore stomach acid, enzymes, bile flow and the innumerable complex molecules necessary for digestion.  It’s a catch-22.  Incomplete digestion of food is a leading cause of food sensitivities and intolerances, poor bowel ecology, bowel inflammation and leaky gut.
