There are two ways to perform the Health Equations Blood Test Evaluation:

1. Enter your patients' results from their Chem Profiles and CBCs on your Health Equations Online Account and print their Blood Test Evaluations immediately.
2. Fax the results of your patients' Chem Profiles and CBC's to Health Equations and receive their Health Equations Evaluations by mail.

The Health Equations Blood Test Evaluation includes:

• The Score Plot with Interpretations for your patient�a graph depicting the strengths and deficiencies in the tissue and cell chemistry, the foundation of health and disease.
• The Clinician Report with Notes for the Clinician�additional insights into your patient�s functional chemistry.
• Recommendations�guidelines for the Clinician to improve your patient�s functional chemistry and therefore health.
• Comparisons�each new Evaluation for a patient includes a Comparison with previous Evaluations.
• Complimentary Consultations�with Lynne August are available for each Blood Test Evaluation performed on-line.
